Review on Scoold by Vincent Poolaw

I like that it has almost all of my needs in one place for client communication (email/chat). It can be confusing at times because you need training before getting started but once its up and running there are many options available which allows customization around your business model - so no complaints here! The only thing i dislike about scooled would have been an easy way to add videos via Youtube into our content management system- otherwise we love this product!! We use Scools throughout multiple departments within our organization including sales & service teams and even customers using their own accounts with us through out chat function.- allowing them self serve access without having to send email questions back and forth etc.. It's easy for users of all levels (from novice to expert) with different technical skillsets can use it without problem. I like that you have many options in terms of customization which makes things easier when we need something more specific than what comes out-of-the box. The interface could be improved but this does not make me dislike anything about scoool yet! We are using it internally at our organization so far everything has been working fine.
