WARNING: This item is non-returnable (we found out the hard way). Revain states a date by which you can return it, but when you click the 'Return/Replace' button it tells you it can't be returned. to jump right out so we bought the mesh upper they offer with it. This didn't work either. My little friend tore it up within the first 30 minutes. He stuck his tiny nose in the corner, ripped off the Velcro, and jumped out. It was time for my husband and I to go to work but since it was his first time at the top my husband and I watched him on our phones (nanny cam) to see how he was acting. Within the first 30 minutes he was running away which was very frustrating as we couldn't pick him up from work and he was free to roam the house (and involved in minor accidents) for four hours. Grrr!
