Great for stew

I used this product on a big boston butt and it worked great. When I first used it, it cut the meat too finely. Now when I grind, I run it a bit, transfer the properly chopped meat to another bowl, and then run it again. It definitely makes life a lot easier and you don't have to burn your fingers by pulling them out by hand.
