I own almost everything this company has ever made, even some things that haven't been made in years. I have crockery, cutlery, canisters, whatever. I don't usually buy designer clothes, but I try to buy quality ones. This line was one of the best investments I have ever made in my home. Just a few months ago, after speaking to them to see if they inspected some of my kitchen items (the bottom of those items weren't flat enough to use on my non-rotating glass stove top), I sent 4 of my larger items. 12 inch skillet. I found them very accommodating and eventually they replaced every part of a set that was over 17 years old which I sent them to them without question or hesitation. They even included brand new lids for the 3 pack I sent in. Use them without asking for lids from my old cookware. This is how I will continue to support All Clad, and just as they did for me, it will be without question or hesitation.
