It worked at first when I connected a laptop to it. But after setting it up I still couldn't get an IP address from it. And even after manually assigning an IP address to ping the device, I couldn't do it. There is no factory reset button on the device. Although the EngeniusTech website holds the WPS button for at least 15 seconds, the system has not been factory reset. If you do a google search, you'll find that if the system doesn't work the first time, you'll never get it to work after that. And you can never factory reset it.
