SOMETHING WORKS WITH THE SMART KEYBOARD BUT NOT REALLY
The Apple Smart Keyboard has a very strong magnet when you try to pick it up from behind an iPad that's still in keyboard mode. But when you put this case on the iPad, the case goes too low and touches where the iPad sits, resulting in less connection. You can try to grab your Apple Pencil with one finger and the iPad will fall. The case needs to be cut higher to allow the iPad to sit in the groove of the keyboard case. I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it until they release a new version like they did on the 11-inch. The 11" doesn't have this problem.
