1) As others have commented, they taste EXACTLY like Girl Scout Chocolate Mint Cookies. Intelligence. Blown up. 2) They are SUPER dense and filling. These are truly "meal replacement" bars, not snacks. You saved me in a hurry many, many times. 3) We just ordered our third box and we're still not tired of it. They have largely become a staple food. 4) A lazy, tasty way to smack yourself in the face with protein if you're vegan and couldn't eat enough tofu/beans/pumpkin seeds today.
