I hate giving negative feedback (an old sticky tape in my head from my mom: when you can't say anything nice.) So: I've been researching various sealing waxes as I'm a relative newbie and found suggestions re I had problems with the gluing. During my research I was contacted by a seller with offers. they were the same and worked! Put the seal on hold before stamping the wax. Yes. That simple decision changed everything. I must say that I have learned that the problem is not unique to this brand of wax. Conclusion: 1. Absolutely good sealing wax. 2. Excellent customer service response.
