They seemed good when I received them; strong and thin enough to fit in spice jars. But the measure of 1 tablespoon is definitely not accurate. It's more like 1/2 tablespoon. I had already started using them before noticing the problem with the 1T gauge so I didn't return them. I need to check the accuracy of other spoons - I think I need to compare them to my old set. If they're ok, maybe I can use some of them. However, since accuracy is the most important property of a product to be measured, that product fails the test. If you're looking for measuring spoons, I recommend looking elsewhere.
