Review on Renewed HyperX Cloud Alpha Gaming Headset with Dual Chamber Drivers and Detachable Microphone for PC, PS4, PS4 PRO, Xbox One, and Xbox One S. by Anastasiia Hrytsenko ᠌

Product is not reliable, not worth buying.

1. Poor bass performance when compared to the G35 or the G432. It is so monotonous and uninteresting that you hardly pay attention to it at all. 2. Because everything that you hear in the headphones will be broadcast to the interlocutors when you use the microphone, the volume on the headphones will need to be turned down, and the sensitivity of the microphone will need to be adjusted, tin. It might be through the plastic of the headphones that the sound is conveyed to the microphone, or it could be through something else entirely. 3. The volume is extremely low when the headphones are connected to the gamepad of the set-top box. This means that if someone else is talking in the room at the same time, you won't be able to hear the dialogues in the games. 4. The positioning in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is absolutely atrocious in comparison to that of G35 and G432, While there is no trace of it in version 7.1, it can be found in at least some form in version 5.1. (although the game gives 7.1 sound). It's because of the sound card that I came to such a ridiculous conclusion. I started out using headphones that had a built-in Z390 AORUS MASTER sound system. After reading reviews, I decided to purchase a sounblasterx G6 for 15 thousand dollars, but it was the same garbage. The placement is more accurate in the Deshman Shenheisers HD202, which retail for 1000 rupees. I've never seen a worse gaming headset.

Pros
  • Strong construction, and a pleasant fit on the head.
Cons
  • Poor bass, a microphone that does not work, low loudness when connected to a set-top box, and poor positioning in games are all issues with this headset.
