Upon opening I was very impressed with the initial quality of the materials. I started exploring all the pockets, nooks and crannies here and there are definitely a lot of them! I bought this product mainly because of the unique feature of the expandable changing table, so after checking everything I decided to give it a try. It's a lot roomier than I thought as I was concerned it might be too small. I was very impressed with the engineering that went into this folding feature as it was extremely durable. Then it was time to reset it - that's where the disappointment came. There weren't any instructions on how to do this, so I was able to figure it out after a little struggle with it. I've also seen two other adult men struggle with this, so I know I'm not the only one having this issue. This is definitely a two-handed operation, so good luck trying to hold the baby in one hand and close it with the other. . It would be nice if there was a button or other way to make it a little easier. Aside from the minor inconvenience of rolling up the changing station, this is a great product with tons of pockets, zips, etc. for everyone. various items that new parents need.
