Everything! From creative direction to content strategy, user experience & visual design everything was very well managed by this agency. They are also very proactive, so they will keep you updated even when there's nothing going on. I wish there were more designers at this particular office but we're working together remotely so that could be a challenge for some projects. We have been extremely happy working with them. Their team of talented artists, writers and strategists brought fresh ideas and approaches to our organization.
