Lid got stuck and the pressure blew the lid off
I followed the instructions and preheated the thermos before putting the hot soup in. I was unable to open it at lunch a few hours later, and left it on my counter to have someone stronger give it a try the next day. While I was at work the next day, the pressure built up too much I guess. The lid cracked and blew off, there was soup on my ceiling. Was trashed within a week of receiving it.
