Air bubbles cannot be removed even if all instructions are followed and the supplied cloth and smoothing card is used. Part of the problem is that the tablet this was made for has raised edges at the end of the glass panel, right where the film ends, so the raised edge prevents even very large air bubbles from escaping, even if two People try to flatten the bubbles from both ends at the same time. Time! Had to go through all 3 treads to get one strain to lay flat leaving only small air bubbles and this was accomplished with the help of 2 people repeatedly lifting the foil and re-taping each end 10 times to at least get the huge air bubbles to remove . Several small air bubbles could not be removed. After so many film removals, one corner was bent a little and wasn't sticking anymore, but it was the best I could do with this useless item. After putting it on I regret it as the screen protector is not a good quality thin glass film as expected but thick plastic and it interferes with the touch screen so my screen was unresponsive until I tapped it. About 5 or 6 times for each letter I wanted to type! I ended up wasting an hour of frustration trying to get this thing to release flat air bubbles by taking it off and throwing it away. Don't waste money! There are much better screen protectors on the market, so get one made of thin glass and no, it's not!
