So... we had a Thomas Kinkade music box... probably the same company. ... bring back ... the picture was cute. Yes it had a few songs but it was too quiet. Some may think this simply means it should be closer to the light. Well I tried several scopes to see how it would work... and which is the best? Yes, I've held it directly under or over the light...which isn't always helpful depending on where you can actually hang it or see it...it felt like I was using a metal detector looking for treasure...usually one faint noise...and keep moving from one room to another, trying different places. So… maybe it's just this model. As I said, the old one worked well for us, but this one didn't fit.
