I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! My dog Delilah was neutered and I knew she would need to wear some kind of collar but I didn't like the idea of one of those big plastic e-collars. This collar allowed our pup to eat, drink, sleep, walk and exercise comfortably. From time to time she would bump into the wall, the door frame, or my husband or me without damaging the walls or hurting us. There are loops on the inside through which you thread your casual collar, close the collar and then attach the strap on the outside. She tried several times to take it off, but to no avail. Though most of the time she didn't seem to even notice it was on. She has a very itchy puppy so she kept trying to scratch her neck because I'm sure that's where she itched so I was nervous because she poked a hole but she survived the scratches just fine. I highly recommend this product, it's a great price and quality. I also found it conformed to the size chart. She weighs 52 pounds and fits a large size range on the chart and it fits her very well, I was able to fit all five fingers between the collar and her neck and it was still snug enough that she couldn't take it off. If she had to wear it longer than the recommended 10 days, I would feel very comfortable wearing it on her longer! I hope I was able to answer any questions anyone might have!
