Excellent company with extremely helpful customer service
The fact that we can use their products for free! Without any doubts, this has been our best decision so far since all of my issues have already being solved by them. I am using Xero Accounting software which they support as well but there are times when it doesn't work as expected or sometimes even crashes randomly while working with other apps like MS Office etc., If you're looking to get help solving your problems then go ahead and try out the trial version first because its completely FREE. You won’t regret doing so. They solve pretty much everything related accounting/bookkeeping tasks at once without having to rely on many different companies as most others don't offer everything under one roof. Their knowledge pool regarding bookkeeping & accountancy services is also highly helpful if needed too especially concerning tax matters.
