Does not draw/write solid lines. Draws with dotted lines

I have attached a video to explain my problem and I don't know if it is a faulty pen or how they all work but you can see that the writing and drawing is easy to manage with the finger, but the pencil only draws / writes with dots 🤦🏽‍♀️ I tried removing the tip, cleaning it and holding it in different positions. It doesn't matter what's there. 😞
