I have no problems with this coffee grinder. What I have a problem with is the label. I know it sounds silly, but when I have to spend 30 minutes trying to remove the label from a $15 salt and pepper mill, it enrages me to the point of making a sailor blush. The label is as thin as toilet paper and is held in place with superglue. Every time I lifted the edge enough to take it off it would snap. Finally, after removing the entire label and having a nice stack of scraps of paper, I needed to remove the adhesive. This was another task. Based on that fact alone, I cannot recommend this product. It shouldn't be that hard to get a $15 item ready to use.
