Review on 2 Inch XFasten Heavy Duty Packing Tape - 55 Yard Length by Josh Endricko

I am very satisfied with 6 packs of Xfasten packing tape and very impressed with the customer care. Before the product arrived, I first received a very friendly and informative email from Angelo Almeida, CEO of XFasten. The email let me know when I would receive the item and thanked me for my purchase. Then he gave a very detailed step-by-step list of instructions to get the best results from the tape. The tape actually arrived 2 days before the email given and it was well packaged with no damage. I received a second email notifying me that the product had arrived and offering to help with any issues with the order or the product. XFasten wanted me to be sure that they support their product and are willing to do it right. I can't wait to try it. I used it to seal a few boxes. The duct tape is great. I've used a few other packing tapes and some were ridiculously thin, others were thicker but lacked good adhesion. The XFasten tape seems to have found the right mil thickness so it's strong, but the adhesive is really tacky and does its job well. I recently moved to a new home and am looking to use this tape on over 40 boxes. So to sum it up (pun intended) the tape is great, the price was great, the shipping was super fast. no damage and my initial customer support experience is phenomenal. You really value your business.
