Perfect thickness, softness, stitching and the appearance of a durable material. Run them through the washing machine as soon as I received them, no sign they won't last long, long. They are about the thickness of a light to medium sweater or blanket. No thin, rough, scratchy washcloths, real washcloths. I would buy more but I don't think I need it. I'm glad I didn't buy the cheap ones, they will replace dozens of paper towel rolls.
