The ability for me as an owner / founder is that I can log into any page or screen within my system at anytime without having access again if needed! There are some times when it does not work properly but we have been able get around this by restarting our browser which works most often than expected (not always).

It has helped us be aware what users want before they even know about their need so there's less guesswork involved since you already see how your product looks like after changes/fixes etc.. We were looking for something very simple where people could submit issues easily via email form then later receive confirmation emails regarding these submissions along side other information such as time submitted & date resolved - This service gives all those things automatically plus provides easy way monitoring them using dashboard viewable through admin account only.
