This was my second time ordering these (the first time was about two years ago), and while the paracord has held up, I was in need of a new carabiner for work, and I really like the one that comes with these for everyday use. Unfortunately, this time when I ordered them, both carabiners came severely damaged and the inner packaging was opened.The Friendly Swede company was extremely responsive to my concerns and sent me a new set without asking me to deal with the hassle of sending the old, broken ones back. The product is great, but so is the company, so five stars from me.
