When the VNA arrived, the package contained 1 "open" standard and 2 "load" standards. One of those "load" should have been a "short", which was missing. These connectors are used in calibrating the VNA, which could not be done without the "short". I sent email to the company supplying these (in China) through Revain's contact methods, explaining the missing item. A company representative responded fairly quickly. The factory was closed due to the Chinese New Year holidays, but they would send a "short" after the factory workers got back. The company has lived up to the commitment - I received the "short" standard in the mail today. It was sent from China.
