Hook removal
Instructions not good. Nothing tells you how to remove the tow hooks. It has turned into an adventure in itself. The bar is pretty flimsy in the fittings, in particular there is only one screw to attach the bar to the brackets. I'd be surprised if he didn't have to keep tweaking it. You can't force anything on him. Looks good on my truck but just for decoration.
