Bottom shorts. The inner pocket is perfect for keeping my phone safe (no zip but holds tight). Maybe the pocket wouldn't be big enough for big phones, I don't know. Otherwise the shorts are pretty good: comfortable, good length, light weight and keep everything in place. I just wish there was a second secure pocket to hide my keys in when I'm not at home. Instead, I tie them together with string to make sure they don't fall out of my outside pockets.
