I love the snowflake top. I connected it to my garlands and it works great. It's very bright and has a white and blue LED light that isn't the biggest. The main downside is that it and my other garlands are on a timer and every day when the lights come on the snowflake defaults to it. mode where it flashed in several different modes. I have to scroll through about 8 modes to get to steady mode. Then the next night it will default back to flashing mode. I got tired of changing it every night so now it just stays in a crazy flashing mode. If it had been designed with care, it would have included the last mode it was in. Otherwise it's a good light.
