Review on New Balance Womens 1400V6 Running by Angel Larson

I have two pairs of the previous version of this shoe and loved it; However, there are two small changes that I don't like. First the tongue went from lightly stuffed to unstuffed. This may not be an issue, except that it's longer, which means its end rubs against the front of my ankle, causing chafing in one spot that I've never experienced in a shoe before. Secondly, the material on the inside of the shoe is lighter and after two weeks of wearing, there was a hole in the top of the big toe. This usually happens after a few months as my shoes near the end of their lifespan. I still like how light they are and that they are a bit wider which fits my foot better. But like many shoe changes I wish they had left a few things alone as it wasn't an improvement at all.
