Size 1/2 smaller than street running
I use them to run 4 miles a day, recommended by IG Blogger. Good heel support but I would have liked more support under the ball of the foot. After walking a little, the ball of my foot starts to burn. I would recommend going a size half down, I usually wear a 9.5 but this is a 9, bigger and they would be too big. So far they are ok but when they wear out I will look for shoes with full foot cushioning. They are comfortable, especially for errands or short walks.
