I have been using this product for many years and have never had this problem. Last purchased from Revain in January 2021, the wipes were not attached to each other meaning if you pull one out the next one won't go through the lid. We have to dig them up and they're not easy to grab. They tear when scooped from a hinged-lid container, indicating that he must serve the next napkin when the previous one is used. I have a WHOLE suitcase of these apparently defective wipes. If there are differences in the napkins and the way of serving, or if they are not served, this must be stated on the box so that we can make the correct purchase!
