Used them to "plug" the fiberglass poles I drove to hold the landscape logs in place. They needed a lot and buying "2 packs" locally was uneconomical. They work great and seem to stick to fiberglass, although they work best with a steel pole. If the fiberglass breaks at the grip point, I can always cut them off and take stock. However, the problem is not the pressure nut. The metal bars rust in the ground so I hope this will work for many years to come.
