. and I highly recommend this Oxo. Let me up front by saying that I am a HUGE Oxo fan. But I was a bit disappointed with their "bottle brush with nipple cleaner and stand" and "straw and leak proof cleaning kit". seemed to work fine. until it started to mold. in the silicone part of the straw. It took me 5 minutes to pull out all the little plastic threads. So I immediately threw it away and bought a "straw cleaning kit and leak proof mug". The reason I chose the cleaning kit over the bottle brush kit this time was that the bottle brush in the kit wasn't very good either (it wore out and didn't clean well). Oxo's cleaning kit also turned out to be fake, the wires were very thin and kept bending when I was cleaning Oxo Tot Straw Cups (I bought this kit thinking it was for cleaning said cup). Big disappointment. I went back to Revain and bought this Full Circle set which took second place and I am VERY happy with it.1. There are two cleaners for straws of different thicknesses. There is a thin standard for cleaning regular sized straws, including the nozzles that come with Dr. brown. Also, there is a thicker straw cup cleaner for adult straw cups (think the size of bubble tea straws) that I was looking for.2. The plastic handle on the end is great - I have arthritis so anything I have to hold on to with my tweezers (under water and with soap) doesn't work for me. This set has a handy curved plastic handle on the end that I can hold on to while wiping down slippery straws.3. The wires holding the plastic cords aren't flimsy—when I'm in a hurry to do the dishes, I don't have time to carefully poke the vacuum through the straws to avoid kinking the wires. This kit allows me to clean my straw without having to worry about it. The oxos kept flexing (and staying flexed because they are metal) and it was very frustrating having to loosen them every few seconds. I highly recommend this set, especially for parents who need to wash bottle parts. I also recommend this set to anyone looking for a sufficiently large straw cleaner for their straw cups (for cocktails, bubble tea, etc.). The length of the cleaners is also long enough to clean long straws (this works on my Starbucks Venti-sized reusable straws).
