Unsafe and broken
Came with a broken child seat screw. I haven't installed it yet and don't feel like I want to compromise my kids' safety. Contacted Thule to see what response I would get. Really disappointed with the quality of this brand. I was so excited to travel with my baby and it ruined the experience. Edit: It took a while, but I got a replacement part through Thule.
