This is a must have for Duramax 2018. I noticed that the factory left a hole in the front of the truck under the grill which puts the transmission cooler directly above the number plate was uncovered. After only 8,000 miles on my new truck, I noticed that the radiator fins were crushed or dented by rocks hitting them at highway speeds. I thought that after 100,000 miles I would have to replace the radiator as it was dented. My wife gave me this for Christmas. It's not 100% stone protection, but I know it will probably block 50-60% while still allowing air to flow. Installs in about 20 minutes. Super easy and no drilling required. Just a small wrench and an Allen key. Love the looks and the fact that it's quality and a robust mode. Nice gift from my wife. :)
