I went out and purchased new nozzles for an electric toothbrush for both myself and my wife. This time around, I made the decision to take not regular ones but ones that were designed specifically with the gums in mind. My gums do not bleed, but they do become slightly swollen and irritated at times. At first, I did not really believe in the effectiveness of the nozzle, but from the very first glad I was convinced of the opposite. The toothbrush cleans much more gently, is gentler on the gums, and cleans teeth equally as well or even better than before! The sensation of cleanliness that is left in the mouth lasts for a far longer time than is typical. I found the presence of indicator bristles to be extremely helpful. These bristles become more visible when it is time to replace the nozzle. You won't need to keep this in your mind anymore, thank goodness!
