I used to have an older model for my 4s and then bought a new one when I upgraded to 5s. I love this headband and use it almost every day while running or cycling. I never have to worry about taking my whole bunch of keys with me so they don't fall out of my pocket. Now all I have to do is grab my spare house key, put it in my bracelet and off we go! There is a hole at the bottom of the phone holder for you to put the headphone jack through. It's a nice and comfortable touch of the case, but I usually lay my phone upside down (so that the speakers and headphone jack are on the open end) so it still looks upright to me when using it on the go. I would definitely buy it again and encourage anyone who needs a good workout band to give it a try.
