This lovely gift set is fabulous value for money! Cynthia's letters and messages are beautiful, effective and sincere. There are four items in this set: 1) The book I Choose Myself is a powerful guide to the importance and possibilities of choosing yourself in life. It's something I struggle with a lot (I think a lot of women do), and Cynthia's advice on why and how to live your best life without alienating everyone else is invaluable. 2) The Remembering Who We Are CD is probably my favorite part of the whole package. Cynthia has a magical voice that combines with the drums to create an intoxicating meditation that won't let you go. 3) Self Love Cards are great visual reminders to help you take care of yourself. I keep mine in a bowl on my dresser and pull out one each day to help me remember. 4) The children's book Love You is wonderful - definitely for the kid in all of us, not just little ones, although it's perfect for them too.
