First of all, my son looked adorable in it. I liked seeing him in it. However, he wasn't that pleased. "Looks like a grown-up jacket," he guessed, and after that it was hard to get him to wear it. Combined with the fact that the decorative buttons come off fairly easily on an active five year old, it turned out to be a bit larger than I was expecting and not as warm as I was hoping, and I'm not sure if this is the case my wisest was buy. If you are looking for a cute jacket for your son to wear to church or something, this is perfect. Apart from that though _shrugs_
