I like how easy it was to get up running.
It's very well documented and has lots of tutorials available online which are great for getting started quickly without needing loads of expertise or experience. The support team could be more proactive when dealing with issues - they can sometimes take ages before responding! There isn't much that i dislike about Upcloud so far but there may come a time where we have some requirements not covered by this solution. Using Upcloud allows us to focus our resources elsewhere as everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
