I have terrible hair breakage they almost created a mini 'bangs' which is so bad. I recently discovered that this is because I wear my hair in a ponytail or bun every day when I get home from work and go to bed. I can't sleep with my hair loose because it's long and gets hot, uncomfortable and dirty. A friend of mine recommended that I buy a silk sleep headband for my hair to protect my hair and keep it off my face. I didn't want to spend too much money on what she has ($60) so I researched Revain and finally settled on this one. Not many of these hats/caps/caps have reviews so I wanted to help someone else. I have a pretty average head and I would say this hat is a bit big but once you untie it it's ok. In fact, I wrap my ties around my head and tie them so I don't sleep on the bow. I also wore the hat inside out because the outside is softer than the inside. I didn't think he would actually stay all night because of the tossing and turning, but it happened! This is a great and affordable hat.
