Review on CLARKS Complete Cutting Board Care by Adrian Woodside

DO NOT USE THE BLACK BRUSH! I've included photos of one of my cutting boards to show what I mean in the title. Sponges/brushes for applying the products are included in the package. The black sponge for applying oil is TERRIBLE. When I saw it for the first time I was stunned! It's the perfect size and feels comfortable in the hand. But as soon as it touched my boards, it literally started falling apart. At first I thought I was using the wrong oil brush. So I went back to the product description with video to make sure I'm using the right brush. It was the right brush. He left little black "pieces of sponge" for EVERYONE. And they are not easy to remove. Some appear to be pressed into the wood grain. I had to rub with a rough sponge to remove most of it which also removed the oil making this unusable. And he still left black chunks everywhere. I'll update my 3 stars if I can get all the brush pieces off the board tomorrow. I'll leave it on overnight and hopefully they'll dry up and come off easier. I will say the oil smells fantastic and applies well with paper towels which I have used on my other boards. I will add the wax tomorrow and update if necessary.
