Edit* After a thorough investigation by my husband, we found that the package had not been opened intentionally, but had just been through very rough transportation and was in fact in good condition . The plumbing works amazing. Eyelashes are beautiful. Don't be fooled by the two pieces of plastic on the mirror that look like it has been opened, they should be there. Lashes were everywhere. I'd love to try it, but I don't trust the eyeliner when the box and mirror case were obviously open beforehand.
