We bought them to decorate cocktail glasses with air plants and lotus crystals. We have also tried using crystals in large candle holders with a tealight on top in a smaller candle holder. The clear crystals reflected the candlelight well, although the acrylic crystals around the base of the smaller candleholder got too hot and melted a bit! They fit an 8mm diffuser on a table as they are not sharp. Larger than 8mm looks better in the form of dispersion.
