I was ready to fall in love with this product for reasons why. First wash, normal load, cold water, went very well. Next wash, warm water, cold rinse: when it was over, there was a white gooey goo on the window in my front loader's door, and more stuck to the wet clothes. Took some cleaning work. Tried another regular boot, same as the first time - less sticky but still too much. I have a latest model front loading machine, I used a regular load sheet and laid a sheet loosely on the load before running the washer as directed. I don't know what's wrong here, but I sent the product back for a refund. Very disappointing. To be honest I don't see anyone with that experience today so maybe I just caught a 'bad' batch - hard to understand. Definitely a great idea, worth trying!
