As mentioned in other reviews, READ the description CAREFULLY. They are actually slightly smaller than the advertised 4 inches, which is about the size you could use for crafts like a Valentine's Day card. They can be placed under a cupcake for a pretty display, or perhaps under a cup on a saucer. Although the price seems very cheap, this is because it is a very small pack, only 30 pieces. So speaking of all of the above, they're decent quality for what they are, but unfortunately not big enough for what I needed at the time.
