I was very happy with my first ratchet strap. I was fed up with the usual belt that eventually broke and never fitted my waist exactly. Unfortunately, after about 2 months of use, I noticed that the tip of my strap (the end that goes into the ratchet system) was starting to chip off a bit. Based on what I paid I didn't expect something like this to happen so quickly (maybe after a few years of use). I called Trakline and they said they could replace it. They just asked me to email them to write it down, which I'm obligated to do. Most likely they sent me a broken leather belt (the ratchet worked fine). But in less than a week I received my replacement so I was very glad they didn't waste time to replace it. I love this belt and am very happy with my purchase and the Trakline customer service.
