Must be used in a center screw mount according to instructions

I'll be back. The product description does not state that you must use it with a medium shield outlet (older models), but according to the instructions/important precautions this device must be used and screwed into a medium screw outlet. (I've seen other reviews where they don't screw it in and some reviews say it doesn't work. Maybe that's why.)
