January 31, 2018 I've been using them every morning since I received them about a month ago. Of the many ways to boil an egg, I prefer this method to all others. The Worst Thing You Can Do When you cook protein, you have to overcook it. I apply a thin coat of oil to it before cracking the eggs in and the eggs slide out easily when done. pods in slightly boiling water. I also cover the pot with a lid to keep it warm for even and even cooking. When the eggs come out after 7 minutes, the yolk is a soft gel that has just been boiled, not runny.
