The customer support is amazing! There's always someone there to help you with any question or concern that comes up during your implementation process. It took almost 2 years of trying other software solutions before we found what works best in our business environment (and even then it didn't work). I wish they had an option where multiple users could be able assign their own custom roles/permissions rather than having one person do everything all at once - this would make things more efficient as well since people can only multitask so much without getting overwhelmed by too many tasks being assigned simultaneously. We're implementing cloudlink because most accounting products are geared towards larger businesses who have greater resources available while smaller companies like ours cannot afford expensive upgrades every time new features become released.
