Great quality in build but not functioning

So i got everything hooked up properly and unfortunately niether of the bulbs are working. Tbis looks like you guys put together a good product but i need to get this working. What can i do

Great prouduct, fast shipping and no issues

Cons

The HID Xenon bulbs tend to be more fragile than traditional halogen bulbs, making them more prone to breaking or malfunctioning
